If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

To keep prices low and reduce waste, we don’t accept returns for simply changing your mind.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

We’ll approve your request if:

  • Your kit/accessory is faulty, broken, or missing parts upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product doesn’t perform as advertised (e.g., wheel cleaner fails to remove brake dust).

⚠️ Not Eligible:

  • Items damaged after use (e.g., spray bottles dropped and cracked).

  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery.

  • Services (completed detailing work is non-refundable; see Re-Do Policy below).

How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us
Email Support@apexgear.com.au within 30 days with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos/video of the issue.

2️⃣ Return Approval
We’ll email confirmation and instructions.

3️⃣ Resolution
Choose:

  • Full refund to your original payment method.

  • Replacement kit (priority shipped).

  • Store credit (for future purchases).

Processing Time: Refunds issued within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Re-Do Policy for Detailing Services

  • Not satisfied? Notify us within 48 hours of service completion for a free re-do.

  • Exclusions: Damage from pre-existing conditions (e.g., uncovered scratches) or acts of nature (e.g., bird droppings after service).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Even beyond our 30-day policy, the ACL guarantees you:

  • Repairs, replacements, or refunds for faulty/unsafe products.

Sustainability Commitment ♻️

  • Returned empty bottles? We’ll recycle or refill them for future kits.

  • Damaged microfibers/tools? Donated to local mechanics’ training programs.
